My 85 year old mother was brought in to ***** *******hospital 8 days ago after sustaining a fractured hip from a fall. We are now on day 8 and her bowels are not working, her stomach is distended, her legs and arm are swollen and she went in to a fib twice and could not breathe. The nurses called a code. The doctors are useless. They do not consult with one another and told us they consulted with the colorectal team which turned out to be false.
