They changed my appointment time without telling me. I got a voicemail confirming the time, which was correct. Then got a text with a different time, which didn’t work for me because I had another doctors appointment. My next appointment is now a month and a half away. And that’s because I scheduled it back in September on MyChart in case something like this happened. The person on the phone didn’t even offer another appointment. I love my primary care doctor, but do not care for this office.
So I hear good things about Trinity from friends who have been patients since they were kids or have been patients for a long time, but if you are a new patient like me, I'd try somewhere else. I called Trinity at about 8:40am and after over 30 minutes of waiting, (2 times, it sounded like someone picked up the phone but after several seconds of silence I guess they hung up and I had to restart the process again) I was finally able to talk to a person. Made two appointments with them. The first confirmed appointment was canceled due to snow, and I received no message. I rescheduled for the next day and when I showed up they told me they aren't taking new patients. Then how did I get this appointment for a new patient through your website? 0/5 stars, wasted 2 of my days to deny me.
Where do I start? From 2018 to 2020 I was told we can't find anything, but I ended up with stage 4 diverticulitis then stage 4 sepsis. It has ruined my life. As a result I now have severe peripheral neuropathy and an autoimmune disease. My Dr, Dr Yu keeps responding to CVS saying he doesn't treat me. I've been going here for over Ten years. This was the last straw so now I'm established at Baystate and I'm getting the help I need. No thanks to Trinity. You lost my business. You guys owe me as far as I'm concerned.
The providers are fine, but they made a billing error on my visit and it took six months to resolve when it was their error. After being assured it would be corrected, and to wait 30 days for the corrected insurance to reflect, the "case" closed, and then the same incorrectly billed balance would reappear.
