I would rate Trinity of New England lower than a 1 if possible. When I called for an appointment, I was surprised to learn that they no longer offer the services for which I had been a patient. While I understand the challenges of the current healthcare landscape, my primary concern is the difficulty I've faced in obtaining my medical records. I was a patient of this place for over a decade. I havent seen the doctor in years because I didn’t have health insurance. I was told to switch my PCP as my other one retired. The women who answered the phone was incredibly rude and told me I can’t see a doctor for over a year. Because I’m technically a new patient Avoid this place and it’s terrible service and healthcare. How is this health care ?

I needed an appointment to see a doctor. I made the appointment for today at 8:30am. They called me yesterday and confirmed the appointment. This morning less than an hour before the appointment they called and canceled the appointment (because I made it on my Calgary) I tried to explain to the staff why I needed this appointment and she yelled at me and told me she didn’t care she will have a nurse call me and make an appointment. They changed my appointment time without telling me. I got a voicemail confirming the time, which was correct. Then got a text with a different time, which didn’t work for me because I had another doctors appointment. My next appointment is now a month and a half away. And that’s because I scheduled it back in September on MyChart in case something like this happened. The person on the phone didn’t even offer another appointment. I love my primary care doctor, but do not care for this office.

Made two appointments with them. The first confirmed appointment was canceled due to snow, and I received no message. I rescheduled for the next day and when I showed up they told me they aren't taking new patients. Then how did I get this appointment for a new patient through your website? 0/5 stars, wasted 2 of my days to deny me.
