I would rate Trinity of New England lower than a 1 if possible. When I called for an appointment, I was surprised to learn that they no longer offer the services for which I had been a patient. While I understand the challenges of the current healthcare landscape, my primary concern is the difficulty I've faced in obtaining my medical records. I needed an appointment to see a doctor. I made the appointment for today at 8:30am. They called me yesterday and confirmed the appointment. This morning less than an hour before the appointment they called and canceled the appointment (because I made it on my Calgary) I tried to explain to the staff why I needed this appointment and she yelled at me and told me she didn’t care she will have a nurse call me and make an appointment. Made two appointments with them. The first confirmed appointment was canceled due to snow, and I received no message. I rescheduled for the next day and when I showed up they told me they aren't taking new patients. Then how did I get this appointment for a new patient through your website? 0/5 stars, wasted 2 of my days to deny me.

The providers are fine, but they made a billing error on my visit and it took six months to resolve when it was their error. After being assured it would be corrected, and to wait 30 days for the corrected insurance to reflect, the "case" closed, and then the same incorrectly billed balance would reappear.

Horrible billing practices! Office workers are pleasant enough but billing and communication is awful! Annual physical is supposed to be copay free but if you're asked a question about anything you get billed for an office visit! Mychart messages are disappearing at their convenience. Not health care,more like corporate greed and patients are left with no recourse just demand notices!
