...last October 2025, I had to assist my girlfriend for an annual appt as she was absolutely frustrated trying to get one for months, (as she is a decades long time customer for Trinity). So I called and waited on hold, (whatever) finally got a lady who assisted me after hearing our story of struggles. Rosa is a rude and unprofessional representative of Trinity, Agawam , Ma. She is disrespectful and abrasive in conversation with patients. Her phone skills need review and a lesson in etiquette would benefit this loud mouth receptionist .
UPDATE: I called this morning and spoke with someone and was able to schedule an appointment right away. As I mentioned before, I do love the doctors and their office people. Always nice. I hope the organization can catch up to the level of care their doctors and nurses want to provide. I love the doctors themselves, but I have no idea what has happened to the establishment. I scheduled a new patient visit about TEN months ago. Hadn't heard anything about my upcoming appointment so I called. I was told that Trinity cancelled the appoint in November, but DIDN'T call or text me. And the best part is they now tell me that they AREN'T taking new patients! The absolute WORST customer service ever. If you think you have an appointment with them, you actually don't.
This place sucks so bad. The people who work the phones should all be fired they are the most unfriendly and unprofessional people I’ve ever encountered. Mike G. and Rebecca M.
