...last October 2025, I had to assist my girlfriend for an annual appt as she was absolutely frustrated trying to get one for months, (as she is a decades long time customer for Trinity). So I called and waited on hold, (whatever) finally got a lady who assisted me after hearing our story of struggles. This place sucks so bad. The people who work the phones should all be fired they are the most unfriendly and unprofessional people I’ve ever encountered. Mike G. and Rebecca M. Are awesome to see if you can get an appointment. I mean you can if you want to wait forever to get an appointment. Went here briefly. The Dr I had was great despite some scheduling issues. But after just a few months she left and they switched me to a new Dr at a different office
Terrible. No more cross bookings so you can never get an appointment. Wait time to get to a person is horrendous. If I could give zero stars I’d do that.
UPDATE: I called this morning and spoke with someone and was able to schedule an appointment right away. As I mentioned before, I do love the doctors and their office people. Always nice. I hope the organization can catch up to the level of care their doctors and nurses want to provide. I love the doctors themselves, but I have no idea what has happened to the establishment.
