Saint Francis hospital trauma surgery is excellent and exceeded every expectation I had! I have had 2 surgeries and 1 more planned and I know I will be given the best care and support during and after surgery ❤️
I was in Saint Francis ED for severe abdominal pain which turned out to be appendicitis. Upon confirmation of the cause of my pain, the surgical team was involved and got me into surgery very quickly. Unfortunately, a “routine” emergency laparoscopic procedure quickly turned into a complicated and potentially life threatening surgery where they had to open up my abdomen due to rupture and bad infection. My recent surgery stay at Trinity was amazing. From the surgery team (Dr. Cathy Lee) to the anesthesia team, to the PACU nursing staff. I never felt uncared for, or unsure of what to expect or how my progress was. I didn't even need my call bell once. I cannot speak highly enough of the PACU nurses in recovery either.
My first trip ever to the emergency room and there was not one missed step along the way I would not hesitate recommending Saint Frances Emergency team my surgery, my aftercare and I like the fact that they’re teaching hospital cause I feel like I had a whole team behind me From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left thank you, Saint Francis Hospital
