The staff is always so pleasant and prompt with attending to you. The Dr's are wonderful. I trust Dr. Hansen with my life. They always get back to you promptly if you leave any messages. I hope Dr. Hansen stays at St Francis. Assistant Emily White is also very good.
The women in this department are amazing! When I was diagnosed, it was a horrible punch in the gut! Dr. Hartnett continued to explain in layman's terms exactly where the cancer was and how she was going to treat it.. Once she was done Laura one of the nurses came in to just talk to us, explained why Chemo first? My husband and I then asked the questions we had and Laura was so kind, couldn't of asked for a better person. When I first started this journey, I was on the verge of losing my 40 yr old daughter to cervical cancer. Needless to say, being diagnosed with the abnormal cells that had not become cancerous but were concerning to the dr. By the time I saw Dr.Hartnett my emotions were everywhere. These awesome staff not only take your vital's, weight, symptoms, etc.,they support your mental well being. Thank you ladies, I can't say enough how much you all helped me through!!!
Dr.Tankou and her staff were very professional, knowledgeable,polite, attentive to all my needs and concerns before after surgery.
Once again another great experience. On time with my appt., listened to my concerns and questions and took their time and I didn’t feel rushed.
