Saint Francis Hospital was wonderful. From admitting to discharge everything went seamlessly throughout the day. My procedure was on time and the entire surgical staff was top-notch. My room nurse Anna was excellent and I will go nowhere else for any medical procedures.
I arrived early and they were able to see me early. All the staff were professional and friendly. The Technician I saw presented very well, the instructions he gave were very thorough and easily understandable. My experience was beyond expectation!
A terrific team lead by Dr. Ofer Sagiv (and his MD colleagues). The staff is professional, thorough, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile to help. I'm grateful for the expertise and beside manner of all at Trinity Health of New England, and enthusiastically recommend them!!
Everything went so well. All staff from nurses to doctors kept me calm, positive. All supporting staff warm, friendly, cheerful, understanding, helped me keep anxiety down. Anesthesiologist a bit fsmast and rote delivering message. So glad all done in one room, minimal clothing removed, warm blankets, etc.
Every person, and I mean EVERY person who helped/was involved in any way helping me were absolutely professional, explained everything in English as much as they could rather than in medical terms made it more relaxing and understandable!!! They all made the visit easier even though it was a 4hr plus visit with multiple different departments, it went by quicker than expected!
