Dr Silverstein is my hip replacement doctor, such a wonderful doctor, and his assistant Andrea is so great too! Started with him when he was teaching this to med students at Dempsey's, other ECHN doctor's I saw were saying" you need to have this done immediately" (did they just want the $$$$?). I am Dr. Eric Silverstein’s biggest fan. He rebuilt my pelvis and hip 3 years ago after Multiple Myeloma had ravaged them and a failed initial surgery (by another surgeon). I have since regained full use of my hip with no pain or discomfort. This year I was able to achieve my goal to climb a mountain and paddle the Saranac Lakes in the Adirondacks. As good as it gets. The whole team is great. From check in to the PA and Dr Silverstein, everyone is knowledgeable, pleasant, patient and professional. They inspire confidence while putting you at ease. When I actually needed surgery it was the best. Well done and lightning fast recovery. Two years later the outcome is perfect. Annual check ups are thorough, informative and have the personal touch.
Dr. Silverstein and staff took time with me to go thru my hip problems. They listened and explained what steps should be taken to rectify my serious hip condition. I appreciate the detail that Dr. Silverstein explained to me.
Dr Silverstein and his staff were extremely prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Dr Silverstein spent quite a bit of time with me describing the procedure I will need to have at some point in the future and made me feel at ease about it. He knows his stuff and I highly recommend!
