They have to be the most knowledgeable people in Orthopedics. Dr.Sprague has keen sense of how to pursue every aspect of shoulder replacement. Will try all other avenues before (cutting) actual surgery. And since I have had both hips replaced,,4 lower back surgeries,,,and 3 trigger fingers released. Hands down best for Orthopedics
