The service is great. The staff was attentive, welcoming and patient. The doctor was patient centered. I was pleasantly surprised I was assigned an amazing doctor. He has the best bedside manner, as they say, I've every seen and experienced. Ever! To say I am grateful is an understatement.
I always have such a great experience at this office. The staff is incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring every time I walk through the door. They make you feel comfortable, valued, and well taken care of. You can tell they truly love what they do. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional care and an amazing team!
First time at this practice for an annual physical exam with A Chen, PA at the Windsor Locks office. She was thorough and caring which I found especially reassuring since I was new. I felt very comfortable with her and with all the office personnel. I highly recommend.
My visit was a meet and greet as a new patient with Dr Chen. When I arrived I found that his staff made you feel very comfortable.. they were not only professional but friendly not just there to do a job. I was very pleased with my experience . The staff was very friendly and also professional. The admittance form online was very thorough and it saved time for when I checked in. Dr. Inyangetor was so very personable and put me at ease immediately. I am a new patient and spent many year in healthcare and I know a good Doctor when I meet one. He is definitely an asset to the Trinity Family.
