There is a lady at the desk who is always rude. I swear whenever I have to interact with her - in person or over the phone I absolutely hate it. She is the only one there that will hangs up on you. She won't call you back. Anyway other that huge inconvenience and bad customer service, the doctors here are knowledgeable. I appreciate how Dr. Nouri really listens to you. I would recommend anybody to her thats in pain. Thats something you can't get in all doctors.
The staff and Dr Joshi at Trinity Health Rheumatology at the St Francis Hospital medical center were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The golf cart shuttle service between the parking garage and doctor’s office was much appreciated!
I am so glad that I have met Dr.Chopra, she has helped me to get from using a cane almost everyday to walking with less pain. Alex is also an amazing medical assistant and holds down the fort for the Rheumatology department. I can't thank Dr.Chopra enough.
Dr. Noumi is one of the best doctors I've ever had. She actually listens and gave me a lot of time. attention to detail was excellent.
