There is a lady at the desk who is always rude. I swear whenever I have to interact with her - in person or over the phone I absolutely hate it. She is the only one there that will hangs up on you. She won't call you back. Anyway other that huge inconvenience and bad customer service, the doctors here are knowledgeable. I appreciate how Dr. Nouri really listens to you. I would recommend anybody to her thats in pain. Thats something you can't get in all doctors.
The staff and Dr Joshi at Trinity Health Rheumatology at the St Francis Hospital medical center were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The golf cart shuttle service between the parking garage and doctor’s office was much appreciated!
Dr. Noumi is one of the best doctors I've ever had. She actually listens and gave me a lot of time. attention to detail was excellent.
My doctor is super awesome..she took the time out to listen making sure you understand the difference with medication and importance of improving my health
Everyone was great - staff, nursing, Dr. Nori was fabulous - took time to fully explain why she was asking questions and what she diagnosed and recommended. Only recommendation to staff is better directions to get there and for where to park.
