Don’t trust this place. My partner and I made new patient appointments just to receive calls two days later saying our appointments had been automatically cancelled because they were not actually accepting new patients. The information on their website and on MyChart is misleading and they have made no effort to correct this. The office collected all of my personal information just to rudely deny service. Practice has been going downhill for a while now, Patricia is a terrible practitioner. But the icing on the cake is when my father had an appointment today, which albeit he WAS 5 minutes late for (within their 15 minute policy window though) which was a follow up after a 3 week hospital stay - they cancelled his appointment. I wouldn't go to this practice for any of you post hospital stay appointments, because they clearly do not care.
The full staff is caring and happy to make your visit completely professionally and leaving totally informed and understanding of visit. Thumbs up to all at Trinity Healh of New England medical of Somers Ct.
This review is regarding my client who goes there. Patricia Samuels is her primary care and she is wonderful! In the 3 months she has been attending to her, Patricia has impressed me with her kindness, helpfullness and most importantly, her diligence. I highly recommend her. The rest of the staff has been and continues to be great.
The providers & staff are amazing! Very thankful for their knowledge, and kindness. I cannot say enough good about everyone there.
