Every person I dealt with, in Glastonbury office, the New Britain office and the Hartford office were the best! Each person I spoke to was postive, polite, caring, friendly and helpful. Dr. Flaherty was through and helped put me and my family at ease. And my follow up care with Kristen was through and she paid attention to everything I said. I was highly impressed by everything. I was scheduled to have my surgery start at 9:30 and it was almost close to that timing. My surgeon Dr. Flaherty and his esteemed team were knowledgeable, compassionate, courteous . The pre -op and the post op experience as well were also smooth and easy. Though I will never want anyone to experience surgery in their life but if you have to I will highly recommend .
I was referred to Dr. Flaherty and I don’t know that I know anyone more genial and talented. It’s as if I’m a member of his family. He took great care in managing my condition and has continued to follow me along with his very talented PA, Kristin N. I could not be happier with the kindness and efficiency of his entire office
Our experience with this office is very positive in all respects. Technically they have the skills and experience to help us achieve a positive result with our issues. However, beyond that they have the people skills that so important when dealing with serious diseases. They patiently explain their decisions and recommendations, and listen to our questions and concerns.
