Wish I could leave 0 stars! This office is the most ratchet office I have ever come across. The quality of care lacks so bad you'd think this was an overworked non profit walk in clinic over an actual professional medical office. The people that work at the front desk are extremely rude, confrontational and combative. They lack interpersonal skills. The providers lack personality's. If I can give a 0 star I would. First off don't offer someone a earlier appointment and make the person reschedule. Who gives a 7 mins grace period? Every doctors is 15 and i called the let them know I was running late I was 1 min past the "7 min grace period". There's no one in the office staff rude as hell for a women's doctors office this is a terrible place to make an appt for
Jennifer was my attending physician and she clarified everything in all of my concerns. And when I went to Rockville hospital and mentioned who sent me she had rave reviews from her colleagues.
Called the office this morning to talk them about my dad‘s wheelchair and home health services. I’ve been talking to them for a little bit regarding the referrals and the script. Got someone named Jennifer a medical assistant. She overtalked me would not listen to me and ultimately hung up on me. The nurse practitioner is awesome, but Jennifer was extremely rude and disrespectful. She lacks empathy for the patient’s family and the patient.
