I had surgery this month and the majority of folks on my team were incredible. There were a couple men that either straight up ignored me or acted bothered when I or my mom asked questions. I respect being serious about this job, but you also have to have good bedside manner and put your patient at ease, which was not a strong suit for Arcadius or another doctor who’s name I can’t remember. Everyone in this office was super nice and courteous. Move patients into exam rooms fairly smoothly. Did not have to wait more than 2 minutes.

I first approached this orthopedic group, and specifically Dr Paul Beauvais in November of 2025. It was quickly decided that I should have a whole knee replacement of my left knee, which was a relief as I'd been suffering for about 25 years; but I was also incredibly nervous. Dr Beauvais, and his PAs quickly inspired confidence! Very good experience the staff listened and were very friendly and took their time with me. The only thing I can say that I didn’t like was getting into the place has a hard door with a door knob and it’s not all that accessible for people that have canes or in a wheelchair.

Great experience so far. Friendly and compassionate. Easy to get to location and plenty of parking.
