I had surgery this month and the majority of folks on my team were incredible. There were a couple men that either straight up ignored me or acted bothered when I or my mom asked questions. I respect being serious about this job, but you also have to have good bedside manner and put your patient at ease, which was not a strong suit for Arcadius or another doctor who’s name I can’t remember. Very good experience the staff listened and were very friendly and took their time with me. The only thing I can say that I didn’t like was getting into the place has a hard door with a door knob and it’s not all that accessible for people that have canes or in a wheelchair.

I'm reviewing for my mom, who recently had a bad fall. Her post trauma care at the Orthopedic Surgery Department was above and beyond. They not only took care of my mom, but they showed kindness and compassion. Everyone in the office was helpful and our family is very appreciative. Special thanks to Practice Coordinator, Algenis Ramirez, who leads a great team.
