Sharing my experience today. I arrived at the clinic at 11:15 AM for my 11:30 AM appointment and had already completed the check-in process online. However, no one informed me that I still needed to check in again at the reception desk.-redundant. There were only two of us in the spacious waiting area, and no staff approached us to check if we needed assistance. If I could give no starts I would.. my first visit with Dr. Silver was not pleasant but my 2nd visit was even worse! He rushed my whole appointment, ask me questions for about 10 mins does a 2 second exams tells me what he wants me to do as far as medication, physical therapy and lab work, doesn’t ask if your okay with the treatment plan and when you try to address it he tells you there’s no time to discuss you need to book another appointment to talk about any other concerns. I went in for my first prenatal visit, which required a $50 co-pay and walked out with a congratulations on being pregnant. The doctor wasn’t even in the room for 5 mins, the only positive was that I was given a prescription. I’m baffled by how wasting someone’s time to this degree is even acceptable. It felt like a complete money grab ( I paid $50 for a pregnancy test?) and left a very bad taste for the quality of care that Trinity can provide.

Extremely poor customer service. Side conversations can be heard in the waiting area. Don’t expect a call back from anyone in a timely manner especially for results. You won’t get your medication or anything needed in a timely fashion. The doctor you see you will never personally hear from but rather a separate nurse. So the continuity of care is just so everywhere. The communication is just poor.

The staff does not have a good bed side manner. Unprofessional, they don’t take the time to explain. I called about a yeast infection on Monday morning, didn’t hear back from anyone until 4:30 only to tell me I had to be seen. Took time off of work to go 45 minutes from my house to have a PA. Take a sample and tell me that they would call me the following day.
