This is going to be a very mixed review. Honestly, it’s a very hit or miss with this place. I recently did see a nurse practitioner by the name of Kayla who if I may say is freaking amazing. I will never see my regular doctor again. I felt like she genuinely cared and went through everything with me. It was a great overall experience, speaking to someone that I felt like genuinely cared about my health and well-being.. Meeting with the doctor was absolutely fine. Trying to schedule a bone density appointment at the Bicentennial location was impossible because they said they had no schedules and gave me the general number to call. I was told the general number had schedules for all of the sites. When I called the general number, they only had schedules for their site on Carew St., and I couldn't get an appointment until May 4th. Staff is always helpful, professional and courteous. My regular doctor, Dr Gunachelvan, recently parted from Trinity. Now I see Ms Kayla Cruz Perez. I am so excited about having her as my primary doctor. She has a positive attitude that is contagious.

Absolutely horrible, I waited almost a half hour over the scheduled time . I came for a referral for a weight loss med which I received over a year ago as referred through trinity. The med at that time was Wegovy and eventually supplies ran out. I now have a BMI of 34.75 and was told by Dr Kumar that she would not reorder the med but would refer me to the weight loss clinic and that based on my BMI, being pre diabetec, and a previous cardiac history , would be eligible to resume med therapy. My first visit with my new pcp went well.Dr. Gencheva was kind and listened to my concerns. She was not dismissive regarding my POTS diagnosis like so many doctors have. I look forward to working with her in regards to my health.
