While the wait is a little long at times, not more than any other pharmacy, the staff is incredibly friendly, they take the time you need to answer your questions without attitude like a major chain pharmacy that is overworked and underpaid, and they call for reminders to come and get your prescriptions. I think they're great, they deal with insurance for me so I don't have to. I'm very satisfied with my experiences through them.
The people are really friendly and nice the hours are rough and getting anything done or leaving a message over the phone is rougher
