I was scheduled for a medication delivery between 4-7pm on a Friday, finally at almost 730 pm I get a message saying there was an issue with my delivery and an attempt would be made later in the day or WEGE would contact me and set a delivery for tomorrow but they can’t reschedule for tomorrow, it’s Saturday! Great location, never had any issues with the pharmacy - always efficient. Nicole in the lab is great, good stick and brings a “chill” presence to something that can be very anxiety inducing!
Changing my prescriptions to this service has been effortless with AMAZING customer service! I am recommending this to anyone I talk too! Home delivery, coordinating my insurance and getting refills had been incredibly difficult in the big box store. Not here! Mercy Health Pharmacy has restored my faith in health care customer service!
I didn’t think I could find a pharmacy worse than the Walgreens I used for years that can’t stay staffed. Well I have had nothing but disappointment with literally every single experience here. There will be an issue with your prescription and they won’t call you. They wait until you show up to disappoint you and then make you wait to fill it. Every single time.
Great Place!!! The lab tech are amazing and friendly. I never have to sit in awkward silence when getting my labs done and the pharmacy is quick and efficient and i never have any issues with them! I would highly recommend.
