It may seem odd, but some of my best times of 2025 were spent at in this office. I came in with knee problems that I assumed was going to need surgery. After learning about my knees and how to stretch and strengthen them I was pain free. I couldn't believe how quick I was feeling better. Yesterday was my last day. In my head was a very melancholy feeling but I didn’t want to show it. I have been here for two different scripts of PT so I was there for a while. I really enjoyed the company of all these loving, caring, wholesome people. It was a place I could escape from some of the stressors I have in my life. They know about it and there were no judgments. Highly recommend. Professional, knowledgeable, excellent communication with doctors, friendly and very clean! I took my mom here 3x a week following a total knee replacement and I couldn't be more impressed. I personally have been to other PT places, and Probility is definitely a step ahead of the rest in many areas. My mom felt heard, cared for and comfortable in their care. The most amazing group of physical therapists! I was continuously impressed by the progress I made and their knowledge throughout the process. Each person in the office truly cares for their patients and gets to know you and you PT needs on a personal level. I highly recommend this office. Couldn't be happier!
I went to this office for an issue with my feet. The first visit went fine. On the next visit I was assigned to a different therapist. Who I had noticed was very chatty with other clients. She immediately began shooting questions at me that had nothing to do with the reason I was there. I finally said that I was really stressed and she asked if I wanted her to stop asking me questions.
