I recently completed a round of therapy at Probility, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. From day one, the entire team was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely caring, which made every visit comfortable and encouraging. From Dawn and Lisa at the desk to all the PTs and PTAs in-between, just a phenomenal location for individualized care in a positive environment. You are a part of your own treatment team, and you feel heard and taught so much for your own wellness and well-being.
I was at the Canton Center Road location for PT because of a back injury. Sue and Coleen did a great job listening to my symptoms and customizing my treatments accordingly. My doctor referred me to this office and today was my last visit. I had my first visit/consultation with PT,DPT,CIMT, Director Justin Diebold. He was amazing. He listened to my concerns and was very thorough. He educated me on different areas that I didn't even realize can cause triggers. Highly recommend him. I continued my sessions with PTA Susann. My time here was extremely helpful, I was struggling with vertigo like symptoms, dizziness, wobbly walking, unsteadiness, couldn’t barely go anywhere, now I find it easier to go places knowing I don’t have BVD & am able to not be anxious or paranoid outside knowing I am okay. Micheal was my Physical Therapist, he was amazing ❤️
