Great facility with super-competent, kind, and effective Physical Therapists. I saw them for pre-hab and post-operative rehab after a hip replacement. It made a world of difference! Friendly and efficient front desk staff also. Highly recommend this location.
Chad, China and Brett and Louis are amazing! They’re kind and passionate. They work with your doctor’s recommendations and as a patient listen to you direct you through your exercises safely. They educate you on exercise's for home and future. Reception ladies are wonderful as well. I love this team and I am very grateful and thankful for them.
I just wanted to take a few minutes to share my wonderful experience at Trinity Health Physical Therapy on Carpenter Road in Ann Arbor. I’ll be honest, I was never a big fan of physical therapy. My PT experience at this location was fantastic. I was really nervous about trying PT again, but I worked with a number of folks here and every single one was incredibly patient, respectful, helpful, and encouraging. Everyone I worked with also listened to me - they let me explain my experiences or concerns and tell them my priorities and goals. My mom goes to Probility's Ann Arbor Carpenter Rd location for osteoarthritis in her knee. She has been most impressed with the staff, everyone has treated her so well. Kristen, Chad, and Lauren have worked with her regularly. They are so compassionate! thank you!
