I went here for my back fusion in 2015...torn meniscus surgery in 2023 then knee replacement in 2024 and going there now, 2025 for shoulder replacement...the staff is amazing! Every single therapist I've had, has been very patient, kind, polite, compassionate and knowledgeable, taking time to explain what they are going to do and why and what I need to do at home...ive had all of them work with me at one time or another...they understand what your going through and want to see you succeed....like anything else, you get out o... read more
Not really great, not really bad, just meh. Lots of waiting for weight training equipment, because it's in the wellness center. A bit crowded during busy hours. And the phone for the Chelsea location kicks to voicemail so by the time the office staff listens to mesaage and call you back, you're already at work or unable to answer the call ... so you have to listen to the voicemail and call them back...to leave them another message. Then they call you back....and leave a message. It's just a bad system, no fault of any one ... read more
The worst physical therapy place. The physical therapist has no idea of what can and can’t a person need or do. Poor knowledge and bad attitude. They look bored and can’t wait to get out of there. The front desk person is extremely rude no customer service skills.
I started last November and came a long way at getting my pelvic, hip and back from not hurting and back to where it should be. All the people there helped me through the rough part and easy part. I started at 50% and I'm at 90% but know i have streches and exercises to keep it where i need to be. Thanks to my physical therapist Adam and marg. ( I can't remember how to spell her name) Thanks again to everybody else too. Vicki Hoxie
I had bilateral knee replacements in 2019. Rob & Anne got me through the PT. I am eternally grateful to them for all their wise words & help.Highly recommended.
