They have a lot of exercises for you to try here, but no rigorous method of determining which will be helpful, and which will be harmful. I did a lot of flexion and twisting exercises only to discover I had a herniated disc soon after, which is one of the worst things you can do for a condition like that. The staff has a no show policy that is completely unreasonable for someone with a serious injury. I broke both legs in an accident and has to miss 2 appointments bc there was something wrong w my foot. They ended up having to remove a 5 inch screw in my foot before I could proceed w PT. Due to this, they put me on a call in the same day everyday to see if any appointments are available. Due to this logistical nightmare, I have not returned despite needing the therapy. I have had foot pain for 35 years, had a plantar fasciotomy, several orthodics (first pair at age 12), cortizal shots, steroids, you name it!! None of it really helped me. After about 14 PT visits, I am finally starting to get some pain relief and healing. The PTs here really care and are motivated to solve the puzzle to figure out what is going on so they can try to fix it. This will continue to be a lifelong battle, but with the exercises and advise I am feeling hopeful! Highly recommend them.
Pleased with my experience at Probility. Kevin is an excellent PT, truly cares and tries his best to get you feeling better. Very knowledgeable and personable, too! I also enjoyed working with Julie the PTA in the back .
The Physical Therapist's here, Adam, Theresa, Kevin, have all been absolutely wonderful! The attention you receive is very personal. They truly care about how you feel and want to help you to make your world better again!! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend coming here for Therapy!!
