I was very disatisfied with their lack of empathy. I sat in their waiting room for 3 hours and kept being overlooked because my vitals were ok.I WAS VERY SICK! COUGHING, HACKING AND SWEATING WITH THE MASK I WAS TOLD TO WEAR. THE triage individual said my vitals were ok and they would see me when a bed opened up. 3 hours! I finally left and was taken care of at a local walk in clinic. I would also note the triage guy said he didn't know why people went to walk in clinics because "they couldnt do anything!"
