Nurses and Doctors were very caring, nurses bought a birthday card signed it and got my mother flowers, while she was admitted to the hospital. Thank you so much. ❤️❤️❤️

The most incompetent providers I have ever met. Did not provide any care because there was no present fever over 104 and to go home. “People get sick” speaking about a 3 year old they didn’t even know how to properly administer zofran. This facility is a joke.
Healthcare workers need to be retrained on Dignity & Respect for there customers. The older lady with short dyed blonde hair from CT was disrespectful to me in front of another male co-worker. I don't like being treated like a child. We pay for our healthcare and not for the attitude. We WILL NOT RETURN TO ANY TRINITY HEALTHCARE FACILITIES!!!!
Took my husband here recently and wow..the care we received was awesome. For a small hospital they were able to do a complete check up, tests, etc. Everyone was so kind and so professional. What a good feeling to know a quality medical facility is that close without having to drive to Grand Rapids or Muskegon.
