I went in at 8:15 on a Saturday. The reception was friendly and welcoming. I waited only a minute or two before being roomed. The doctor came in almost immediately after the assistant left. Dr. Parrett was very friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions and made sure I understood what was going on. Excellent service and experience all around.
Scheduled an appointment little more than an hour from first interaction. Went to scheduled appointment and waited about 15 minutes to be seen. Was not busy at all. Physician assistant was very kind and treated me respectfully. I was in and out in less than one hour.
The receptionist was very polite and pleasant. The young lady, very polite and kind. Friendly and cheerful, which was my nurse. Dr. Parrett was detailed and thorough. She was friendly and easy to talk with. Check and recheck my problem. Highly recommend!
Clean, fast, reliable. You can schedule ahead online and be seen right away. We took our toddler in and they had us in and out in 45 min. Doctors and nurses were AMAZING.
I had a difficult night with wheezing and struggling with asthma. In the morning I decided to go urgent care. I ended up at Trinity Urgent Care in Norton Shores and I am so grateful for the care I got there. I had an excellent nurse named Amanda who was very Responsive and took info quickly but with detailed attention to my health issues. Then I saw Dr. Ben Barteau and he was excellent, easy to talk to , very knowledgeable and just made the care I received top notch and so pleasant.
