I have never had a poor experience at Trinity Health. The front desk team is great and always greets you with a warm welcome. I’ve seen Bryn Cartmill multiple times and she has consistently made me feel cared for and validated. She listens to what’s going on and thoughtfully considers every possible scenario to treat you properly. I was overlooked at another doctor’s office, so I came here because I trusted your guys reputation for providing good care. Thank you Bryn, you are phenomenal at what you do!
Scheduled an appointment for my son to be seen at 6:26pm. I was in the waiting room for over 30 minutes with zero people in the waiting room. I asked when my son would be seen and nobody could give me a straight answer. If you can’t get individuals in at a scheduled time then stop allowing people to schedule appointments…. Especially when we were the only ones in the waiting area. Ended up taking him to Helen Devos and had a much better experience. Do better.
The staff are kind and knowledgeable, and will care for you with great empathy and respect. They send you home with a printed document of with all the necessary notes, so you can easily reference what they said during your visit. Very helpful!
I have been sick for days. It finally got to the point where my throat hurt so much that I couldn’t swallow, sleep(2 hrs in 3 days), eat, ANYTHING. I go here and I pay $85 up front. They test me for strep; it’s not strep. I ask if they can give me any fluids, they reply ER does that. I ask if they can give me anything to sleep, they reply they don’t give out sleep aids. They do send in a script for some numbing liquid to the pharmacy, I ask “will this help me drink fluids without pain?” They reply “ehhhh.” The doctor himself... read more
I went to the Rivertown urgent care today. My care was exceptional from the front desk, to the nurse Lisa, to the nurse practitioner, Britton! Was very happy with my care! Thank you so much!
