I have a severe stuttering problem as I arrived in to be check in both receptionist were very unprofessional. I am aware that I have a speech impediment but I don't need the receptionist to ask me for my ID because I was going to give it to her but they way she said it. Honestly, I've had bad experiences here before, but this time it was amazing! My insurance was cancelled so I was trying to not need to go to a doctor's because I usually get treated bad for it, but this office didn't treat me bad when they heard, "I don't have insurance, it was cancelled." The receptionist (male with curly hair) was amazing. I was called back to a room within 15 minutes and saw (Doctor) Ryan. He was sympathetic and just an all around awesome doctor. I visited Trinity Urgent Care today and had an excellent experience. The wait time was short, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. Both the nurse and the doctor took the time to listen, explain my treatment options clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable—without any judgment or pressure. I truly appreciated the care and respect I received. I would highly recommend this location on Sherman/US-31.
Not very busy, had a short wait. The intake staff was professional and friendly. Doctor Tim was very cordial and light-hearted. He had a very friendly posture. You could tell he cared about finding out what he could do to make you feel better. He listens and feeds back what you're telling him to make sure he understands why you're there. I positively would recommend the Medi center on Sherman to anyone who has to be seen. and can't get into their regular doctor.
Went in today around 1:30-2, the lady at the front desk was extremely kind, short wait time to get back and clean waiting room. Once I got back the nurse was also nice, I’ve had her help me in the past and never a bad experience. The doctor was also very kind and helpful.
