The staff was outstanding, kind, compassionate, professional, and efficient. Tammy helped me pass my PFT which I was struggling with at first but she explained it to me thoroughly and I was able to pass my PFT. 5 stars all around!
My 1st time really going thru this process..being a gen xer I was kinda of nervous...but with all the friendly staff and doctors... it was a cool as a cucumber,thanks guys...
I'm going to have to agree with all the other one-star ratings, and honestly I'm not surprised there are so many. The doctor will absolutely not resolve any problems, even when the problems are his own misinformation and mistreatment that can lead to potentially dangerous results. He is extremely argumentative, unprofessional, and dangerously misinformed about the human anatomy and common medical procedures. I had an exceptional experience here. I found the staff to be professional and courteous. I had a simple procedure done wherein I received three stitches. The process was quick and their doctor had a terrific bedside manner.
Rudest Dr I have ever met. Flat out refused to resolve miscommunication. Refused to listen. As I shared prior information with him about another physicians findings this Dr said "I find that very hard to believe" yet its well documented by another physician which included report in my chart. They dont have the chart as they dont do electronic file sharing. Called my employers human resources office and explained everything.
