I visited a few days ago. Not the urgent care part, but for a new employment physical. Yes, they are busy, but all of the ladies that I interacted with were very polite and professional. The check-in lady and doctor were really nice, but the MA was amazing during my visit.
just got my dot medical card done here. fast and friendly, front desk and tech. probably the best experience ive had with dot paperwork.
Everyone is very kind. Dr. Melissa Koekkoek was very thorough and thoughtful. I feel confident with her recommendation.
I arrived and in a short time I was signed up and took my drug test and was out the door. All of the employees were very Professional, Polite and very friendly!
Very friendly and helpful. From front desk to provider, X-ray and office manager. Not a bad experience at all.
