My wife and I had a massive issue in our basement, broken sewer pipe, and old rotted PVC. We called several companies and the qoutes were extremely high. Trinity Plumbing had a much different approach, they took the time to ask us questions and figure out our situation. They worked out several different payment options that we could personally qualify for and took time to work with us. Once we put our deposit in, they got to the job asap and finished it right away. We had an overall great experience. We were in need of some work done on new years. Multiple other companies were pushing it off to the upcoming week, leaving us without water use. The companies willing to come out on the holiday were hard to stay in contact with. Not only did these guys come out and get the job done during the holiday, they didn't tack on additional costs due to holiday time.
