I recently had the pleasure of working with Trinity Plumbing, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. The technician, Dave arrived came out at the end of the day when every other service was putting me off for at least four days. He was not only professional but also friendly and knowledgeable. Even with a call for help on a Sunday, Trinity was extremely responsive returning the call almost immediately and scheduling the repair for the following day. Aidan arrived as scheduled, assessed the situation, executed the necessary cleaning and tested the results with efficiency and pleasantness. This is not the first time we have used their services. Was told 75$ to come out and take a look at our issue from receptionist(on demand water heater working but making vibration noise when upstairs bath runs intermittently and occasionally having error code 13). Trinity is my go-to for all sorts of issues at our clubs. From toilet clogs to water heater replacements, they do it all and are always friendly and in contact from start to finish. It’s refreshing to have a vendor who not only responds, but responds in a timely fashion and is open and honest about repairs and costs. I highly recommend Trinity!
The guys from Trinity installed a Navien - combi boiler & hot water heater - and have been back a few times at no cost to make sure it is working properly. They are responsive, professional and friendly. They are your best bet!
