The Trinity crew did a great job on my roof. Two crews arrived at 6:30AM, spreading tarps and removing shingles. They completed the first phase by 10:30AM and began the installation of the new material. Work was completed at 5:30PM, all debris collected, tarps removed, and the surrounding shrubs raked for nails and shingle fragments. Quality work by the roofing crew. Cleanup was impeccable, workers were diligent in cleaning everywhere. I would gladly recommend this company. We had a roof replacement few months back . I was informed about the gaps in the roof through my service company . Thank you Eric Barragan and Tanner Chambless for addressing the concerns that i had around the gaps on my new roof by me making just a request as they were in my neighborhood. Steven Perkowski is the man. He promised me in day one ,after we had a roof inspection, that he will get us a new roof, and this guy delivered. Its was a long process fighting with the insurance company, but it was worth the wait. My roof looks amazing, Steven gave me his assurance that he will replace my gutters, and I'm looking forward to it. It took them one day to finish their work, and they did a great job in clean up. Trinity Restoration and Roofing is best in class when it comes to roofing. Our Project Manager, Kevin Barber, was extremely knowledgeable and very honest with us from day 1. We had to file a claim with our homeowners insurance and it was an incredibly long drawn out process. He kept us informed throughout the entire process and trust me it required lots of communication. Used Trinity for a re-roof about 3 years ago. They did excellent work. Recently noticed a problem with the fascia around the chimney. I anticipated a long drawn out issue to try and get it addressed. HOWEVER, when I contacted them they responded very quickly. Eric came and did the work within one week. No charge, no hassles, good communication. Eric Simmons is the best project manager ever, the roof we choose is perfect, the craftsmanship is great. I love everything about my roof and the experience. They handled all contact with insurance, kept us informed on timeline and anything big and small. Never had a question unanswered.
