I unfortunately did not have a great experience at MercyElite. The appointment times are much too short, and often the therapists are running back to back so you only get maybe 30 minutes with the therapist and half of those 30 minutes are spent discussing and taking measurements. There was hardly any actual rehab done. I often times would compete my session and had only done one or two sets of three different exercises. Mercy Elite was the best place for my physical therapy! I felt so comfortable in the building. There is a great vibe of positivity, support, and energy. My therapist, Sean, answered my many questions and his knowledge of just the right exercises gave me quick relief. It was amazing today to do my final assessment and feel pain gee and strong!

The Trinity Elite team is amazing! We have had the pleasure to work with PT Kevin M. Kevin J. And Dan. I highly recommend them. They are knowledgeable, understanding and helpful in getting you or your loved one better! Without them, my son would still be suffering an unknown injury/ ailment. Through referrals and consistent follow up, this team was able to help us figure out what was specifically going on, with referrals to the right people to help get it fixed. I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Trinity Health Elite. I went in for a session with a minor sniffle due to allergies. Instead of understanding my situation, the therapist accused me of trying to make other people sick. Her approach was not only unprofessional but also very insensitive. I was left feeling humiliated and unwelcome. I expect a higher standard of care and compassion from a healthcare provider. Here's the deal: not one single person who works at this place is doing it for any other reason than they actually love what they do and care about their clients. They are extremely knowledgeable and exceptionally well informed about ALL the clients, making it easy to switch from one trainer/therapist to another, for any reason. There is a bit of a wait to get in and if you need a specific time consistently you will need to schedule your visits 2 weeks ahead of time. This should tell you something!
