BEWARE OF THE MOLD!! Price gouging, trash everywhere and no warning when building is going to be under construction. Addendum: (Outside Faucets) Apparently we are not allowed to use them. Its okay for SMI to lie about prices and mold but we're not allowed to use the water on place we way over pay for? This place straight lied to us. We agreed upon 1325 for the apartment.
