Had Triple M come over and troubleshoot a leaking ductless system, that others could not find, well Jordan and Chase had it narrowed down and repaired in no time. Very professional and hard working with the intelligence others lacked. The office staff Sherry and Brent also were great to work with keeping me informed about scheduling and even offering to come by after hours to help out. Great service wouldn't go anywhere else ever again.
For years Triple M has been responsive immediately to our needs. During theses past 18 months, they have recommended and installed a Navien tankless water heater as well as a new furnace and air conditioner. Their service has been outstanding - as well as the products - superlative. We are grateful for their presence here in Donnelly and recommend them without reservation.
Triple M was nothing short of AMAZING! From Cheri in the office to Brent and Tony doing the install, our mini split was installed and working in no time. They are all wonderful to work with and the efficiency of this new Daiken unit surpasses our previous unit 10x better. Thank you Triple M
MMM responded quickly to an emergent situation - furnace controller out of service in consistent sub-freezing weather. House was 36 degrees F and Brent installed a temp controller and got everything up and running before our pipes froze! Office and techs professional and competent. Thank you for saving me a big plumbing bill! Recommend MMM without hesitation.
I called three different heating and air condition businesses at 4:00 on Monday night. Triple M was the only one that responded! Jordin text me and asked what the problem was and said he was on his way! He went right to work! He figured out our problem and got our heat back on! He saved us from frozen pipe at our cabin.
