JP Heating and Cooling was terrific. I needed a new furnace. Josh came out and evaluated my home and gave me 3 quotes on various models. He explained everything that would be done and what was covered in great detail. There were no surprises! When it came to installation, everything was perfect. Communication was amazing. Responses were given within minutesp of sending an inquiry. I would definitely recommend JP Heating and Cooling to everyone.
My furnace had not been performing correctly for about a week to the point it got so cold I couldn't stand it anymore. I reached out to JP Heating and Cooling and Josh was at my home within a couple hours. Josh identified the problem, fixed it and my heat was restored!
We had a last minute snafu with some complex wiring for a ceiling fan into our rental during a bathroom remodel (it was beyond my capabilities), and were under pressure to get it done fast while tenants were out of town. Triple OOO was the only contact we made that could come out and help us that day. Our technician (Brian) was fantastic! He knew immediately how all the crazy wiring should be routed and got it done quick! I highly recommend Triple OOO. They will now be our "go to" company for electric and plumbing!
I am updating my review. While I did have a negative experience, the team at Triple O acknowledged their error and did issue a full refund. Owning a mistake and making it right goes a long way these days, especially when it comes to getting work done on your home.
Enjoyed meeting Makayla, technician, who was personable and professional. Very thorough in explaining the service call steps including helpful comments regarding system operation.
