Easy, convenient, great service!
It was easy and convenient to make an appointment. The staff was courteous. I was anxious, am in my 70’s and help my mother, who tested positive , 8 days, ago. The man who administered the test had a gentle and respectful demeanor, which was very much appreciated. The wait to hear results was said to be 5 days, which is unfortunate. Initially, the staff person who called me and took insurance i fo, said my Medicare ID was verified. Great experience. No wait time, I was in and out. The man that swabbed me was very knowledgeable and explained fully the differences between tests and suggested which one would be best for me. The swab was quick and painless.

quick and easy, but phone number on the door was incorrect so i had to stand in the snow and figure out where to go by myself.

I wish I had asked for her name. She was caring, kind and compassionate. Not to mention being there for all of us risking her safety. We are truly blessed to have people like this in our lives.
