I am extremely unhappy with the care my 11-year-old daughter has received from this pediatric dentist/orthodontist office. The office is constantly overwhelmed. It is nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone—calls go straight to voicemail, and getting help when issues arise is incredibly difficult. My daughter got her braces on 11/24, and less than a month later, two pieces of her braces have already fallen off. The staff there is amazing. Made sure that I was checked in. My son had surgery on Monday I had not got around to calling them and tell them that only my daughter’s was the only ones going to been seen, so I let them know when I got there they was so understanding and kind about it. My kids love going there they take their time on them. Just over all great.
My daughter loves going here. They are always so sweet and patient. Very friendly and professional atmosphere.
