We fought with front side wall roof leak for years. We had multiple companies attempt to identify the source with numerous failed repair attempts. Lester and his crew at Tristate evaluated the situation, identified a solution, and implemented it quickly, professionally, and at a good price. It has been months with no leaks and the building looks great! Good guys to work with and they do good work.

I really don't know why everyone with a flat roof is not doing this! I have had asphalt and rubber roofs..leak leak leak! Lester applied this to my roof two years ago and not a leak! And he calls to check on me!!! If you have a leaky roof....GET Lester to do your roof.

Tristate Roof Coatings was truly amazing to work with to solve our roofing problems and needs! The owner and his team were exceptionally prompt, helpful, and kind. The owner was able to come out and evaluate our facility the SAME DAY that I called about asking them to give us a bid on the project!!!
