Ross truly made my experience a memorable one. This was my 7th apartment complex tour on my quest to find a new home, and I immediately had an incredible impression of my leasing associate. He was very cordial, confident, and honest through my tour that I came back (3!) additional times in order to find the perfect fit. I moved in mid March, I have really enjoyed the employees and the amenities! I also really love the design of the apartment and the really nice pool! Gennifer especially helped us a lot with answering questions and working with us, I definitely have recommended the apartments to multiple friends! Very nice place to live!

Triton is Trifling when it comes to fixing the dusty leaky loud stinky building that they now have for sale after cheaply building it just 2 years ago. They have known plumbing issues and backed up dumpsters that fume the stairwells and piss-stained hallways that also have exit doors that won't open and elevators that don't work. They are bringing the area down with their cheap construction and delayed botched repairs.

Don't even bother looking here. Triton Glen is not reliable. In April/May of this year (2023), I applied for an apartment at Triton Glen in Henrico County, Virginia, with a move-in date of August 1st. However, I was informed of a construction delay, which pushed my move-in date to August 31st. Unfortunately, there were further delays, resulting in multiple rescheduled move-in dates, the latest being September 29th. I find this situation to be unacceptable and frustrating. I applied for an apartment here in May for August move-in. There was a construction delay (until October), so I agreed to switch to a different apartment unit for August move-in. That was delayed to September (both units have been delayed further since then). I asked them to refund my $312 ($250 holding + $50 application fee + $12 credit card fee) and they agreed. They wouldn't just reverse the credit card charge, they did it by mail, which meant a several-week delay. Okay, whatever, but they refunded $300, not $312. They f... read more
