Excellent service. Do what they say. Probably the only people around who can properly fix a pool heater. I highly recommend them.
Woke up on a Saturday morning to find out my pool pump was spraying water everywhere. I jumped on Google to try and find someone who could get it fixed before things got worse. Tropical answered, and although they couldn't come out that day, they promised to see us first thing Monday. They asked for a video of the problem to see what kind of pool pump and filter we had so they could make sure to have everything they needed to get our pool working again. These guys are great! Danny and his team at Tropical Pool Service was great, honest and very professional. He fixed a leak in the swimming pool in a very tight spot. I also had him to plumb the equipment added check valves to protect my heater and replaced the chlorinator. We are very satisfied we will call Tropical Pool Services for all of our pool needs. Danny is an Expert and add quality and value to your swimming pool needs.
Subpar quality of work. Inconsistent in showing up. For background, I have a saltwater pool and we only used them for weekly pool maintenance. Really nice folks here, but they didn't do amazing work. They struggled with keeping people, so there was a new guy every month. They would often miss and not show up. When they did show up, the guys were so behind on their routes, they would rush and not be thorough.. My pool often had algae and needed skimming and brushing after they left. Excellent service! Came out the very next day. Fixed the problem and found and fixed other problems I wasn’t aware of. They are also very polite and professional. My husband was so impressed with their work he texted him to give them praise! 10/10 recommend!
