Very disappointed, past stays were better. Was told everything was open, pool, etc, but were not, even the card tables were closed, had to go to different casino to gamble.we will never stay here again. Did not offer
Pleasant The Room, we checked in and right away The water did not work at all. we called front desk and they said in 1/2 hr it would be on. I paid extra to check in 30mins earlier and they said they would not refund my extra pay amount. and said they can move us tp another room in 30mins. I wanted to talk to a supervisor and they Hung up and never called me back Terrible service terrible room

Fair Some staff seemed unconvinced by our presence there. We only found 2 eateries that could accommodate us. The closeness of all the properties and how easy it was to access them all. I liked how they took health measures seriously.
unpleasent Room smelled bad .waitresses at bar ironed me and my wife for drinks . Had to perches 3 time while gamboling. While other casinos accommodated our needs. clerk was friendly.
Stressful bathroom toiled was clogged and towels didn’t smell fresh Room was not properly cleaned , there were pills on the floor left from previous occupant and found 2 hair clips under the pillows , we got in so late that I was to tired to walk clear across to the front desk to complain . If my grand daughter would have found the pills and ingested them you would be hearing from my attorney. It was quiet
