Did someone forget their dirty sock Our room wasn’t clean. They left a dirty man’s sock on the floor at the end of my bed from a previous guest. Ewww! There were also a few random hairs by my pillows when we got there - also not mine. We paid for the “deluxe” or upgraded room because it was advertised that those rooms had a pillow top mattress. Never coming back again. Rude employees. Scummy. Thugs everywhere. Dirty This place was a dump!!
Not a first pick, you get what you pay for...substandard service and cheap bedding! I did not like the bed, it was uncomfortable and the sheets felt like sandpaper. I did not like the employees attitudes, the bartender was particularly rude. There was a major event in town and nobody at the hotel had any information on the event AND they were really rude about us asking questions. The bartender even went so far as to tell us that he was NOT a Trump fan. Now why was that any of our business as patrons of the establishment? Wh... read more

This place sucks. The Edwater is cheaper with great restaurants that were cheaper too. Toilet didn't work for 2 days. Kept overflowing. Ask for an extra night and was turndown. I will never stay here again. Food was a RIP off. Nasty fish and chips for $15+ Beds

Bad We got charged a resort fee there was no Resort amenities no valet parking and no bellhop and no luggage roll about the staff was rude and the food was horrible there was no fridges in the room Pricee
