the floor / mat was wet pool staff very bad service the day we entered the floor was totally wet, the mat you couldn't walk without shoes because your feet got wet
Hotel needs s complete remodeling...beds & bedding are cheap & horrible NOT EVEN A FITTED SHEET

Disappointing There was a used condom in the trash can. Makes me wonder about how clean the room is. My room had an attached bathroom

Not the best front desk services was rude and food was not worth the money, wifi was horrible we weren't able to get service the entire time, I called the front desk and I was put on hold for 20 minutes and NO one came to the phone so I hung up. Location was good.
Fair
Left feeling more tired then I started off The pillows way to small , air conditioning had such a high pitch sound it keep my wife awake almost all night , vending machines took my money and gave me no product and the hotel could not help me out due to them being independently owned The fact we were able to find the hotel in such short notice
