Worst experience ever in a hotel Room was dury, there was a toothpaste right under the bed, and a pen who knows who touched that, the toilet was going off every 8 to10 min off on its own, i told a.manager all heard was we will look in to it, instead of fix in it Never being disappointed so bad in a hotel

Fair The room was a little below average. The sink didn’t hold water. The bathtub had a few inches of water in it when we arrived, strange. Breakfast actually sucked, the waitress couldn’t be bothered for the basics such as water, additional ketchup, or the check in a timely fashion. I will go to the Aquarius Or Vegas next time.

Overall, we needed to just get out of town and relax. Thank you for being open. Plumbing, proper staffing during check-in, informed operator and swimming pool smell. Under this (Covid9) circumstances I gave the Tropicana a 5 star rating. But we had some serious issues. 1) Over 45 minutes wait during check-in, with only half staff operational. I would understand the wait if every check-in position was employed but half of the front desk positions were closed. 2) I reserved 2 rooms for my large family. Both rooms had bathroom ... read more

Bad The power went out and we couldn’t get an answer of how long or even a flashlight we had no hot water in the mornings .. hotel wouldn’t even offer a comp they said if we were renters we would just have to deal with this kind of stuff

First time and last time staying at the Tropicana. Stayed during 6/29-7/3. Upon arriving I noticed hair on the sink and the sheets were not clean. I was asked to leave the room so that it could be cleaned but even after I could still see hair shavings on the floor and on the counter. The whole room was covered in a thick dust, which we were told resulted from it not being used in a long while. Bad From the moment of check in I had one problem after another. They checked me into my room and didn't tell me there was NO power in my room I sat in the dark & heat for 4 hours with my family, my air didn't work my room was so hot, the maids would not give me towels I had to call for them and then wait hours for them. There was trash all down the halls. It was one of the cheaper rooms but now I know why. The hotel and staff were horrible and completely rude
