Pleasant Check in was absolutely the worse experience ever. Understaffed and speed of transaction was a joke. This would be a big deterrent from staying there again Price and location

Not very happy Give guests best available rooms. Do not put guests on a floor that is going to be renovated during their stay Breakfast was good pillows were horrible I think other rooms were available but we got a view of the parking garage.we came back to our room on Sunday afternoon and furniture was being out to re do the carpet?

Did someone forget their dirty sock Our room wasn’t clean. They left a dirty man’s sock on the floor at the end of my bed from a previous guest. Ewww! There were also a few random hairs by my pillows when we got there - also not mine. We paid for the “deluxe” or upgraded room because it was advertised that those rooms had a pillow top mattress. The pillow top they were referring to was some thin little pad they added over the mattress- nothing pillow about it. The mattress was hard and the bed was uncomfortable. I used the s... read more

Never coming back again. Rude employees. Scummy. Thugs everywhere. Dirty This place was a dump!!
Not a first pick, you get what you pay for...substandard service and cheap bedding! I did not like the bed, it was uncomfortable and the sheets felt like sandpaper. I did not like the employees attitudes, the bartender was particularly rude. There was a major event in town and nobody at the hotel had any information on the event AND they were really rude about us asking questions. The bartender even went so far as to tell us that he was NOT a Trump fan. Now why was that any of our business as patrons of the establishment? Wh... read more
