This place sucks. The Edwater is cheaper with great restaurants that were cheaper too. Toilet didn't work for 2 days. Kept overflowing. Ask for an extra night and was turndown. I will never stay here again. Food was a RIP off. Nasty fish and chips for $15+ Beds

Bad We got charged a resort fee there was no Resort amenities no valet parking and no bellhop and no luggage roll about the staff was rude and the food was horrible there was no fridges in the room Pricee

I had fun in laughlin, but I'd never stay at the Tropicana again. The room was gross. The room was supposed to be pool view. It was a parking lot view. The room was old and unclean. The furniture was chipped. There was a dirty towel . it had makeup all over it. The TV had a distorted screen. The edges of the carpet around the walls was filthy. The carpet was also all buckled. I would never stay there again.

Very Poor Outdated showers. Uncomfortable beds. Tv doesn't have channels to watch, very poor quality. The pool & the green lights

All the staff was great, but might not stay because of the dirty room Our room was very dirty. We Expected more because of the COVID. The carpet had not been vacuumed and there was food and miscellaneous items on the carpet, my sister dropped and item on the floor and when she went to pick it up there was food that had been left on the floor. We could not walk in our bare feet because of the items left on the floor. The room should have been more cleaner. The bathroom floor was not cleaner either. I cleaned it with a wet tow... read more

The hotel was average, not the best. The AC unit was not adjustable, bath towels were too small and hard, tissue paper rough, the shower gets foggy and their is no fan, the blanket was not comfortable, the arcade was closed. And the jacuzzie was closed. Breakfast was good at the cafe
