Disappointed in the rooms and the old furnishings and the pool. The pool was filthy, we had 6 rooms, 2 of our rooms had to be switched because of overflowing toilets and the air didn’t work right in another room. Staff responded right away when there were issues

I have stayed at the Tropicana several times, I hope this was the one and only time it’s bad. I ate at one of the restaurants, I ordered a club sandwich the turkey was dry. I ordered a regular coke received a Diet Coke. My wife ordered the chicken fried steak, the steak and sauce were awful. Lastly house cleaning only changed the bath towels, didn’t empty the trash or make the bed.

Never coming again The beds were uncomfortable and the cafe they have was the worst place i have ever eaten in my entire life. My sausage was raw and the pancake looked and tasted like powder. No fridge vending machines where empty. Wifi cost money Location

Unhappy visit Too many people, always big lines to the elevator. Social distancing was not happening. Very rude people who were not caring about other people's space. We did not enjoy ourselves this time, don't know if we'll ever go back. N/A

Ok Only hotel not located on the Colorado River. Old Bathroom facilities. Dirty and dusty. Housekeeping did not make up our beds. Green Carpet is dirty. Pool not heated. Hot tub not available. Stench of marijuana in the hallway. $$$ cheap

It wasn’t bad but wish more people were at registration desk Very few nickel, dimes and quarter Machines Wish there was more than one restaurant open And more of a selection.

The Staff was awesome and very family friendly. The room was stinky it had a very bad smell. Everything was fine. I enjoyed everything.
