Masomenos La carpeta estava mojada. El aire acondicionado no funcionava bien. Y nos dieron un cuarto que todavía no esta limpio cuando llegamos...
Bad Everything place was filthy I left with pink eye from the sheets not being changed the place was so dusty and they left all this crap in the corners of the floor in the rest room. Looked like that room wasn’t cleaned for over a week. Webb I made the complaint they said they didn’t have a different room to Move us to and the Housekeeing supervisors could care less about the quality cleaning of the room. And we are in a pandemic .... I pray my family and I don’t end up with covid Nothing this time

Poor There was an issue with my reservation. Although, I had my legal identification and credit card (which the room was reserved under) the hotel receptionist was giving me a hard time checking me into my room. He said he needed to verify my room with the email confirmation and email confirmation only. Not giving me any other options other than that, I am not tech savvy(I am over 65 years old), so I did not have the email confirmation with me (plus my daughter reserved the room for me). Disappointing Very expensive for the room quality...very crowded...very smokey Late check in
Fair The price of the room was to high for what you get. Property needs to be updated. The reservation desk should be much closer to the rooms. You have to walk through half the casino and up ramps to get to the elevators. The restaurants had good food. Most of the staff was great.
Fair Didn’t come with a small fridge. I have small children. WiFi not free Quiet

Disappointing
Disappointing As quiet as the hotel was. We were still put in the room with the most no frills. 3 people. And 1 queen bed# the. Restaurant at late night employees are rude. However the essentials store employees were friendly and helpful Very clean and i always felt. Safe. Even in the parking lot
