Only stay there if no other place Dirty, bed not comfortable, long time to check in. Only good thing about this place were the staff. Staff.

Very Dissapointed Good Morning, Based on my experience at Tropicana was horrible when I first arrived the teller who helped us was so rude about everything that had to do with check out as well as asking her questions if the rooms were connected she was bothered I was asking questions, when I arrived at the room is was really dirty and dusty like they didn't vacuumed the floors I also called to get extra towels it took four hours to get extra towels. one of my worst experiences ever.

Poor customer service The housekeeping personal came knocking to my room at 8:45 am talking about they had to start clean up even though check out was at 11:15 my husband told them we were not ready for them to come in that they needed to come back at 11:15 my husband went to the car to prep for our departure and housekeeping knock on the door (I was in the bathroom and my 3 children were asleep in the room) I told them give me a minute and she open the door while I was changing in the bathroom and didn’t even care that my h... read more

Fair Check-in took forever. Getting extra towels sent to my room took over an hour. We could not get into the pool due to it being at “capacity” however the pool attendants were being biased on who they wanted to let in. Overall the room was clean and basic.There staff could really benefit from training on customer service

Checkin was awful. Staff was rude. Our air conditioner was not working properly. They never came to clean our room and g Everything was Awful and we had no free WiFi when it stated in our room book their was free WiFi. Had to pay 14.99 for 2 days of WiFi Nothing but location

Bad I ordered a set of towels from housekeeping and they didn't come for 4 hours called them again and they didn't come in 2 hours. Gambling that's it
