Disappointing Room smelled like marijuana farm None

Other than that it’s a good place to rest and shower if you’re out all day in the water. We stayed at the Tropicana in August and the room was perfectly clean and stocked. We had a very comfortable king bed . When we stayed in September the bathroom wasn’t fully stocked and no towels available the king bed was also rough and hard. Friendly employees and very good customer service

Long waits There was a 30-minute long line to check-in and long lines at elevators leading to rooms.

Not what I expected We got a non-smoking room. Which smells like smoke. Sheets had stains on it. Called for room service to change, provide clean towel, They never came. Room is very outdated. Small T.V., no refrigerator or microwave. Bathtub was dirty/ shower head had alot of calcium build-up did not spray properly. Staff members were very friendly.

Horrible Completely annoyed by this hotel. Due to covid we were one of the very few guests in the hotel during the middle of the week. Maybe because of a lack of more important things to do they found it very important to follow us around during our entire stay. We were even the only guests in the pool area and security came into the pool to tell us to put masks on our faces. They were viewing us privately in the pool area! Completely ridiculous! I will never say at the Tropicana again!
Very dirty, rude staff, atmosphere was un inviting. Room stunk, it was dirty with hair all over bathroom staff was rude and atmosphere was not my typical crowd. Nothing will never go back
